Starting out with her own catering business to pay for college, she graduated to promoting food products in corporate test kitchens, doing a stint as a marketing manager for a food company, and working as a food editor and stylist for a cookbook publisher. Lisa is great! I took one of her food styling/food photography courses a few years back. It was a great learning opportunity. She taught us some cool tricks of the trade. One of my favorite tricks was to use a clear gum stance to hold food in place that is round and may roll off the plate.
